I get emotional hearing this song. I guess it's because I associate it with the struggles of the 50's and 60's, when movements were created for change. And the beatings, and hangins...however, I am a sam cooke fan.
ReplyDeleteI cry every time is comes on....in the movie Talk to me....in Pursuit of Happiness...the day I heard it after my daddy died...every time it comes on, I can't help but break down...I had to cut it off while I was posting it...lol
