Smiling on My B-Day

Just taking in the magnitude of this day, full of constant reminders that I have been blessed to come into contact with many amazing people, who feel the same way when they think about me.  I am humbled and appreciative of each and every one of you.

Theme Song of the Day, Dec. 24, 2010

I find myself still awake during the earliest hours of my birthday...surprise, surprise...lol.

But that just means that I can rock my theme song a little bit longer.

Kanye West --- I Wonder

and I wonder, if you know, what it means....to find your dreams come true....

So far many of my dreams have come true. I'm alive, well, still in my right mind, and blessed with family and friends. And eventually all the other stuff will come too. Right now, just thankful for the many things I have.

God bless and Merry Christmas to all.

Happy Birthday To Me

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

30 years old?  Wow.  I feel like a traveler, on a long winding road, who has reached another checkpoint.  Where this path leads, I'm not completely sure, but I gratefully move forward,  thankful for all of the people who have been a part of my life, in what ever way possible.  Praying that God will continue to keep me, for many more years to come.

Special shout out to my elder twin, of three whole minutes, Mrs. Lashana Danielle Shubert.  Happy birthday, Shanie!!  Love is an understatement.

Lots of love to all of you, who take part in this creative expression of me.  I've said it many times, and I'll continue to say it:  you are appreciated more than you may ever really know.  As Christmas approaches, remember the true meaning behind the season, and promote a spirit of love, giving, and togetherness.
