Rock the Vote 2010

Today, November 2, 2010 was Election day in America.  The right to vote is one of the inalienable rights that many people throughout the world have had to die for to obtain.  If you didn't vote today, and still have the audacity to complain, you should be ashamed.  Voices unheard can never carry any substance.  To all of my fellow voters, whether Democrat, Republican, or other, I would just like to say thank you.  Continue to let yourself be heard.

  1. I agree. Voting is an important process in America, regardless of who wins or loses.

The right to vote, especially for African Americans, should be a honor considering the bloodshed our ancestors endured.

  2. Definitely, Don, I agree, and am a bit disheartened by the African American turn out during this past election. It needs to be reiterated in both my generation (18-30) and instilled in the current teenage generation (13-17) about how many sacrifices were made to obtain a right that far too many take for granted. Thanks for reading, man, and continue to spread the message to the uninformed.
